Guides are written or substantively edited by Art and the City. Before publication we check that recommendations have a clear use case, limitations are stated and steps can be applied to a real project. Automatically generated material is not published as editorial guidance without human review.

Font recommendations are not paid placements. References to Art and the City courses and related tools are identified through normal links. Advertising, when present, does not determine our conclusions or the fonts included in a guide.
Updates and corrections
Pages display an update date when appropriate. We review material when web standards, font availability or licensing information changes. Clear factual errors are corrected as soon as practical; meaningful corrections may be noted in the page.
